Shipper FAQs
How do I post a load?
Register as a Shipper, log in, go to your dashboard, click “Create Load”, fill in the details, and submit.
How do I receive offers?
Transporters can submit offers on your load. You can view them on the Offers Received page.
Can I accept or reject offers?
Once the Shipper reviews your offer, its status will be updated to Accepted, Rejected, or Pending in your dashboard.
Can I edit or update my load after posting it?
Yes.Shipper can manage and update their posted loads from the My Loads section in their dashboard.
Can I delete a load?
Yes. Open My Loads and click Delete Load.
Transporter FAQs
How do I find available loads?
Log in as a Transporter and open the Available Loads page.
How can I submit an offer for a load?
Register as a Transporter, browse available loads, open the load details, enter your price and message, and submit your offer.
How will I know if my offer is accepted?
Once the Shipper reviews your offer, its status will be updated to Accepted, Rejected, or Pending in your dashboard.
Can I submit offers on multiple loads?
Yes. You can submit offers on as many available loads as you like, provided each offer meets the load requirements.
What happens after I submit an offer?
Your offer will be sent to the Shipper for review. The Shipper can then review all received offers and decide whether to accept or reject them.
